This is a comprehensive list of our letting fees and charges for landlords. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, our Lettings team is happy to help. Please note that all our fees are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Service Fees
Sole-Agency Fees (inclusive of VAT):
Letting and Rent Receipt Service - 10.8%
Letting and Management Service - 16.8%
Short Letting and Rent Receipt - 27.6%
Multi-Agency Fees (inclusive of VAT):
Letting and Rent Receipt Service – 13.2%
Letting and Management Service – 20.4%
Short Letting and Rent Receipt - 31.2%
Additional Service Fees
Additional Services Fees (inclusive of VAT):
Void Management - £240.00 p/m
Additional visits to the property under Void Management - £120.00
Additional visits to the property under Letting and Management - £120.00
Arrangement and supervision of works, refurbishment, and interior design of property - 12% of the invoice
Accounting to HMRC for overseas landlords - £180.00 (quarterly)
Additional works carried out on non-managed properties -12% of invoice
Abortive tenancy by landlord subject to references and contracts - £600
Completion of property purchase from a tenant introduced by Russell Simpson - 1.2%
