Entering the houseboat on the upper deck, the generous reception room contains an open-plan kitchen as well as separate dining and seating areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows take advantage of the river views, while double French doors open onto the terrace.

Stairs leads down to the lower deck, which contains a pair of ensuite bedrooms and a utility room. The interiors are decorated in a tasteful, contemporary fashion and presented in excellent condition. They include air conditioning and climate control in the bedrooms, underfloor heating in the tiled areas, and oak flooring in the main reception room.

The houseboat includes an upper deck terrace and a second terrace occupying the roof. Both terraces have wooden decking, enough space for outdoor dining, and exceptional views over the River Thames and Albert Bridge.
